25fps to 29.976fps

    I tried finding information in this forum about this conversion and all I found was to use avisynth but not instructions on how to do it, could you please provide them here using this or another program capable of doing this conversion which I tried to solve and keep getting unsynched video.

    Why are you trying to convert?
    MPEG4 AVIs are whatever framerate their source is.
    If they are 24, 25 or 30 FPS, it doesn't really matter...
    But, if you should wish to take a 25fps AVI and convert it to compliant NTSC DVD, then your conversion software would perform the adjustment while authoring the DVD (and you could discuss it over in the AVI to DVD forum).
