25min AVI 1.3Gb?! I need to compress. Help!?

    Hi i have a ton of anime episodes that i have in .ogm and i know and have converted them to Video - MPEG2 and Audio - .WAV. But when i merge them the AVI file is too large it would take a million DVDs to put them. So is there a way to merge them or greatly compress them afterward?

    once converted you could fit about 8 episodes or more on a dual layered disc (8.4 gig) rather than the 4 episodes youi are going to get on a (4.7 gig disc).
