Hi, my first message on here. I am a newbie. I am just beginning to understand key codes and how to change them on my tv. Someone told me to download Keymaster 4.0 but when I tried I received a message that the file was to big for notepad and do I want to download to wordpad. When I did the only thing that showed up was symbals squares numbers all kinds of things but no words of any kind. Why is that? Seems to me there must be a code to unlock or interpet this. Also what the heck is binary. I own a pansat 2700a. Thanks. Harley99canada
Key master 4.0 is a program. You download it and then install it. Each time you need new keys you open the program and let it work. There is nothing to read. Again I say, it is a program, download it and install it, then run it. Very simple.
