I'm trying to make a (s)vcd. The mov is NTSC 29,97 and I have to know how to change the audio to 25fps 'cus it has to be PAL.

I have read some topic's where ppl have
suggest Cool Edit, under, transform > time / pitch > stretch.

    in Virtualdub, under Video/Select Range
I can see the (first part) show:

    Length:
    time (ms): 3022520
    Frames: 75563

but how can l change it in Cool Edit
    so it fit with a [bold]25fps movie[/bold]...?
So can anyone explain how to fit the audio
    in Cool Edit? plz.

l been looking at the AviSynth, but sorry l just don't get it.

(I have been reading alot of your topics here, but no where can I find a guide that can tell me exactly how to go on about it)

    take care

    hmmm no reply....

Let's try to put it in another way.

Can any one plz tell me how to make the
    29.97NTSC in to a PAl with 25fps
    with no jerky picture.

I know the way to do it with 23.97 into a 25 Pal
    But not the[bold] 29.97fps[/bold]

I have change the framerate on the mov to 25fps.
Now I need the audio to fit on 25fps with the mov.
If someone still wonna suggest, avisynth
you have to tell me exactly what to do.
I have been looking on the homepage, but
l still don't see how to make a script that can do the trick.

Any help plz!!- I have spend so much time
on the Net to find some help with this the prob.

I dont think the audio stream would be in fps now!! its either .mp2 audio or .ac3 audio. If you extracted the audio from that and put it on a PAL version of the movie, it would be in sync!! Or have i completely missunderstood the question??

    Thx 4 the feedback.

    here's the thing:
    Have a mov with 29.97fps.
    wonna change it to 25fps.

The video have l change the framerate to 25fps
in Virtualdub. - just the video. NO prob.

    Here's the prob.
The audio is still only fit to the 29.97 video.

How can i make the [bold] audio[/bold] fit to the 25fps video so l can make a nice smooth (S)vcd PAL...?
