Ok ytile explains it all, i have a 2 GB movie so it doesnt need to be shrinked or nothing, but which will produce best quality?

XCopy which is just a matter of clicking 2 buttons or

DVD Decrypter, which is a bit more complex but can be done easily using the guide i assume?

    Your Opinions extremely greatful :)

It shouldn't make any difference since AFAIK XCopy won't alter the video any if it already fits on a blank. Personally I recommend not using XCopy at all, but if you're already using it (and happy with it) there's no reason either backup would be any higher quality than the other. If I'm wrong and XCopy does modify the video, Decrypter (or even DVD Shrink) will make a perfect copy.
