ive pretty well decided on all my components, bought a case and PSU so far just wondering if somone could give an opinion on my choices.

    MOBO:
    http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/19720

    CPU:
    http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/19255

    RAM:

    GFX card:
    http://www.xpertvision.com.tw/en/products/nv_pcie_7600GT-Sonic.html

if and when i feel the need for more power i'll get another 7600 GT and run in SLI

any opinions on brand or specs?

this is going to be a pc for general purpose and a decent amount of gaming, im looking to buy the mobo in a day or 2 depending on when my pay comes through :p

ps. all prices are in AU so dont worry about that aspect

if you could, try getting an even better cpu like the AMD 4200 X2 or the AMD 4600 X2, but the 3800 X2 is still a great cpu for any gaming computer.

you might want to look at corsair xms2 ram. there have been some problems with the m2n motherboards and the ocz ram. the voltages are set at 1.9 v on the mobo; however, the memory requires at least 2.1-2.2 v. if you have another old value stick of ddr2 ram, you could just bump up the voltages in your mobo, but if you dont, you MIGHT encounter some problems.
