you dont need to use pandoras if you ask me its a bit more of a hassel than downgraders.

if you have a unpached version of gta lcs or lumiuns then you can use the noobs downgrader to get to 1.50 and then update to cfw

thinking about it though pandoras battery will get you dirct to 3.71/3.80/3.90m33 dirct so id suggest using pandoras battery if you can be bovered with updating

ps 3.40oe is old now so many games wont run on it id suggest 3.71 - 3.90m33 because its newer but its up to you if you do choose to go to 3.71 - 3.90m33 you will need to update to 3.52m33-4 first

    hope that helps

if you can get on the internet on your psp then from the main menu go all the way to the left until you get to settings then go all the way up to network update.click on that and then download the newest firmware. after you do that, from the main menu scroll right until you get to game then go all the way down and you will see memory stick. click on that then you will see the icon to upgrade to the latest firmware

to get videos on a psp get on the internet then go to google videos and type in the video you want then when they show up go over until on that blue bar it will say "rss".click on that and download the rss channel.after that log off then from the main menu above the internet browser there is a icon that says "rss channel" click on that and scroll down andclick on the rss channel you downloaded and it will open up. then get the vid you want and download it.

there is one more way to put a video on your psp. download a vid from the internet and save it in a place you can find it later. then go to google and type mpeg4 converter and choose a site and download a mpeg4 converter and the convert the vid to that format and then save it again and then hook your psp to the computer and put the vid in the video file
