3.03OE-C

hey yall I just upgraded successfully to 3.03 OE-C its wicked because it has flash entrance by USB on the recovery mode. I was just wondering if anyone can answer my little question, say I bricked my psp while trying a hack on 3.03 OE-C (which works)and I can still enter my flash by USB on recovery mode than cant I fix it by copy pasting a flash backup of folders flash1 and flash0 which baked up on my computer please reply
