first off access the recovery menu and enable no umd mode. then try to load the iso again.

Also make sure you have a UMD game inserted in the tray as some games require it even though you have your "no UMD" disabled in recovery mode...

Access recovery by fully turning off the psp by holding the power switch up for about 5 seconds-then while turning it back on, you hold down the R trigger button, and your psp will boot into a blue screen..
Scroll to "configuration" and select it-then scroll to "use no UMD" and select it until it says "currently disabled"-when you are done, select back, and scroll to exit, and select that...Your psp will restart saving the changes you made...

Also instead of just creating an ISO folder..Its best to use the "format memory stick" option from your system settings menu..Doing that will create the proper file directory for your games and whatnot.

    1. turn off your psp by holding the power switch for about 5-10 sec.
    2. hold the R trigger then turn the power back on (dont release the R trigger yet
    3. when you're already in recovery mode go to configuration then find the UMD mode
