3 movies on one dvd

i just downloaded a dvd with 3 movies on it.
it has the information and logo for each movie
the quality of the movies are good.you can pick which
movie you want to watch, unlike most burning programs you can't.
can somebody please tell me what program i use to do this.

i use tmpeg dvd author but also i think nero vision express3 can also add menus and stuff?
