30GB OCZ Vertex $70, Good or not?

    I saw this
    30GB OCZ Vertex $70 AR+FS at Egg

    It was about the same at tigerdirect AR and BCB a week ago. here it is on the egg.

    and I was thinking about getting it, but it seems some people aren't getting their warranties on the reviews..Anybody have any experience with that?
