Hi, I never bothered unlocking my phone before, as I was only planning on using it with one SIM card. However, in the past few weeks my phone decided to randomly shut off (usually not during active calls, but that could just have been chance), and yesterday it started saying the the phone is restricted. One problem I have is that my phone shuts off before I can enter a code. But assuming I can enter a code, could someone please help me get one! I don't know if it helps, but it is the type of phone that requires you to put the SIM card in, the it says "Phone Resticted" and "Undo." If anyone thinks they have an explanation for why the phone did this when I've never used anything but Cingular (I got the phone from them with the SIM card), I'd really apprecite hearing it.
