It's ironic that I have to use AfterDawn to lodge a complaint about 321. The reason for this is that since this past Wed. I and a great many others have not been able to log in to the 321 forum. It took them an entire day to realize they have a problem and since then, zero, absolutely nothing. Since it was explained to them that we could read posts in the forum, but not send posts, would'nt you think that they would have the common sense to post a statement in the forum letting us know something, anything? Not these brains. I think that 321's slogan should be "we get, but we don't give". They want our support in their legal battle, in fact they can email us a 4plus paragraph newsletter telling us what Moore is doing in D.C. Maybe he should get his ass back to St. Charles and take care of what's left of his business. Istrongly support his software because it does work for me, but he does'nt get one iota of support from me as far as his customer relations and tech support is concerned. Their arrogance tells me one thing. They're in effect saying "we got your money, now go intercourse yourself". Do I sound bitter and angry? What gave you your first clue?
this is a plea for assisstance for anybody on this web site who is able to log into 321 studio's web site, which I have'nt been able to do since Wed. All I get from the asses at 321 is double talk. Their last email to me asked if I was booted from the forum.To the best of my knowledge the answer is NO. But if I have been booted, at least I would like to be notified of that fact. I'm a pretty easy going guy, but I don't like being dumped on or jerked around. So if anybody can log into 321, I'd appreciate it if you would ask one simple question. "Has sparta been booted from the forum?" Like I said I'd really appreciate it. I can still access their forum, I just can't log in to post the above mentioned question.
