   I recently flashed my xbox 360 benQ drive using iPrep 8.8. i did not use a conectivity kit but i did use a via controller. according to the flash it was successful but now it wont play regular or burnt games. can someone help?

   also it doesnt say open trey, it actully says play dvd when i insert a game
