There are many guides on AD about flashing and what hardware is required which can be quite confusing. Can anyone recommend a single guide which is easy to follow. Thanks

I know a few people in the UK who have used them for various things and they were very satisfied. It is really the only UK site i know for modding. PLus at first look the site you posted is not very well done so i would personally not trust it much. Looks like it was slapped together by a bunch of kids with no website making skills. But it is your money so do as you like.
