Ok so I just started modding 360's a lil while ago with great success after only 2 days i learned everything there was to know, after flashing and testing my system with my bro's burnt game it was great, i wanted to copy my games, thing is i have a BenQ VAD6038, while looking on Xbins i came across the 0800 firmware for this drive, i was in awww, after some difficulties reflashing my drive, I kept getting "Wrong Drive Stauts" while attempting to reflash, somehow got it to work after dozen of attempts, got into windows made iso in XBC no problem, now to test my game i needed to reflash to my old ixtreme 1.41.... once again drive status error, after gettin fustrated at the many attempts i took to reflash and gettin the same error, i plugged my drive to the xbox with the 0800 firmware after it failed to read games on the dashboard i attempted another reflash, success, however now my consol freezes when i play burnt or orginal games, i even flashed back to my original firmware b4 the mod, and im still gettin freezing issues now! please help..
ok well i know its a drive issue improper firmware writes i unno but i;ll reflash i original firmware again an see, i know this cause i launched a demo located on the hdd and it played for 40 mins flawlessly, when i tryed my orginal gta4 right after loading my saved state it froze, and i know it's not the hdd cause the game freezes w/o the hdd, any info u guys can give on this would be nice, i googled it and look at a few youtube videos with suggestions, will post my findings.
Yes the reflash worked no more freezing, i thought i almost had to buy a new 360, no freezes yet been playin' my gta4 for the last hour not a single glitch, now ton get ixtreme back on, latests flash have gone like they usuaky should, thx for anyone who attempted to help
