I had to change my motherboard and when i did, everytime i try to play a star wars video game, i get an error saying that the 3D video card is not installed. Does that mean i do n't have a video card?
Thank you oddish. How can i fix it? Note: all videos and movies work and i used to play games before i changed my motherboard.
at the run command, type dxdiag & press enter. program will come up & tell you what version. what windows are you using?
i think you have windows if you know that you have a version of directx but not version 9c go to windows update or the microsoft website
I have Directx 9.0C, windows XP home. I tested direcDraw the results were: -all tests were successful -Direct 3D functionally not available. You should verify the drivers is a final version from the hardware manufacturer
are you using onboard video or seperate videocard? if seperate card, what is the make & model# of the card?
