    Is there a setting on 3GP Converter to convert to PSP Video format, but make it AVC and 368x208. It has SP 368x208, but not AVC 368x208 from what I can tell.

    Is there anyway to do this, convert to AVC 368x208 with 3GP Converter

    PSP Video 9 has it :)

    just edit on of the other AVC Profiles to meet your criteria (or doesn't 3gp give u the option to edit profiles?)

    Yeah, I think you can change the profiles in the Transcoding.ini file, but this is what it looks like:

    [Item15]
    Title=368x208/29.97fps/QB10 ƒXƒeƒŒƒI/96kbps
    TitleE=368x208/29.97fps/QB10 Stereo/96kbps
    Command0=""<%AppPath%>\cores\ffmpeg" -y -i "<%InputFile%>" -title "<%Title%>" -timestamp "<%TimeStamp%>" -bitexact -vcodec xvid -s 368x208 -r 29.97 -qscale 10 -acodec aac -ac 2 -ar 24000 -ab 48 -f psp -muxvb 512 "<%OutputFile%>.MP4""
    Command1=""<%AppPath%>\cores\ffmpeg" -y -i "<%InputFile%>" -f image2 -ss 5 -vframes 1 -s 160x120 -an "<%OutputFile%>.THM""

    and I dont really understand it.

    I know PSP Video 9 has it, but I wanted to use 3GP Converter because:

    1) Its quick
    2) Its simple
    3) It keeps my file names and doesnt turn it automaticaly into M4V10000.mp4
    4) PSP Video 9 makes my videos all slightly out of sync.

    But the quality is poor, if anything use XVID4PSP, uses X264 (AVC) codec. Excellent app.

    Also, I tried to convert a video with the Mencoder part of it and it doesnt work.

    A DOS window flashes quickly and nothing happens.
