4.00e file not tracking codes on starview 1

    i have the 4.00e file on my starview 1 which meant i never needed to put the codes in manually but from last friday it dosent work anymore and i have to get the codes from the net again,anyone know why and more inportantly has anyone got a solution,thanks,

    hi starview needs a new softwear which should be out in a few days so i am told please do not put another softwear into your box just keep putting keys in and wait.
