4.7 GB dvd burns 1 hour or 2?

    If a 4.7GB dvd can burn up to 120 mins,how do you do this?My dvd will ony allow up to one hour.do I have to lower the quality?

    4.7 gig discs are actually only 4.38 after all the conversions of the byte.

    If you are trying to fit more than 4.38 actual gigs of data onto a standard dvd-5,then you'll need a program to compress it, Via dvd shrink !

    The higher the compression,then you will lose quality.I like dvd shrink because it has extra enhancements to improve highly compressed dvd movies. Just click on the dvd shrink blue link,it's free. I can fit 3hrs+ on one standard dvd-5 blank,like the lord of the rings.
