Supplier disappeared and I am lumbered ,can you help .Two are dead , 1 on standby which after awhile two clock dots appear and last one does not scan any channels seems like tuner faulty .all the faults are on main board because I swopped the power supply with one that I knew was working and still didn’t work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

it sounds like wrong firmware was installed and none was on the ones on stand by with 2 dots. try flashing them with the latest firmware.

had same standby problem, you will have to jtag the box and flash with ufl maxv kuro 10_04_08.you will find jtag at www.jtags4all.com and it comes with all the things you need, and also has good advice on the forum. ps before you jtag create a short over the jumpper link pins for five seconds. all the best. apollo440

when a box is stuck on standby it may just need to be flashed or have the wrong firmware.

: on LCD may also indicate a faulty C14 cap.

the cpu replacement should be c13 and not c14.it should read 10v and should be replaced with 16v.the problem may be that the power supply is over heating and it shuts the box down for safety reasons.as the chip inside is a eprom you should short first to clear any corrupt firmware then jtag.after doing so, you flash with ufl 10_04_08 i have had not one problem in doing this, also the keys update. the box will not take the update flash as the box is disabled (as above)the box does not need a replacement c13 and will work without doing so,but replacing it may prevent it going again if that was the problem. hope this helps.apollo440 ps i can send you file with all you need to know let me know.
