Hi, I have had this problem a few times, and just ignored it, but now it's starting to annoy me. I downloaded a movie, and it plays perfectly in my laptop, but when I burn it it won't play in my dvd player. It plays in every computer I put it into, but doesn't play in any dvd player. I have used Nero and Roxio thinkingI may have done something wrong, but when I put a few movies onto one disc, the others have no problem at all. Any help would be appreciated, in the simplest language possible. Thanks.
If the media can be ruled out (it's a known reliable brand like 'Verbatim' and it's being burned at a moderate speed)then rule out other obvious problems:maximum resolution W x H = 720x576 and maximum file size is 2GB. More obscure problems might be wrong type audio. Use 'GSpot' to compare known good files to bad to see if there's a common factor. If you test burn files you should get some RW disks, to prevent building a collection of coasters.
