40gb hdd

    we have a old pc at home and im wondering if i take it could i connect it to the xbox and use it????my xbox is softmodded

    I don't know much about Softmodding, but you probably could be able to do that. Go to this website to check if the HDD would be compatabile with the Xbox:

    no thats a disc drive.would it be the green thing or the thing above the green thing??

    It looks like the box in the bottom right because the ide is coming from it

    yes thats it thank you.now before i pull the wires out of it is their anything i should know?

    also i looked up that website and i cant find out any more about the hdd.here is as far as i can get

    ive looked at it more and it looks like it will work.
    so can ye give me a easy guide to put it in my xbox???
