40gb to 200 gb

    wonder if any one can help. i have in my pc 40gbhdd and i want to put in 200gb.???????? iwant to know how to take the stuff off the 40gb and transfer to 200??? iwonder how this is done . please help thank you.here are my specs will the mother board handel it

    can use norton ghost or casper(sp?) to copy everything from 40 to 200gig. done that a few times but not to a 200gig hd tho.
