Hey people I'm back yet again with another mind numbing question....I'm almost there I can almost see the promised land and all I need is ur help and I'll be there!While feeling victory on the horizon I opened up TMPGEnc DVD Author found my AVSEQ01 (mpeg2 from svcd)opened it then repeated the action (I have 2 AVSEQ01 files;from a two part/svcd movie).Next I hit start (or whatever the button is).Might I add that this procedure was so that I would end up with a compliant VOB(s)but the prgram gave me an error message along the lines that my files were 480x576 pal and non compliant,blah blah blah. Now how do I make them NTSC with the proper resolution so that the quality isn't compromised? Am I even on the right path?Please enlighten me.Thanks in advance.
Well the problem is on DVD u can only use either dvd resolution or VCD resolution so that is 720x480/576 or 352x240/288. So what you are looking at here would be the full re-encoding to DVD!
