5 second stutter

    hi i was wondering if anybody has come across the 5 second stutter issue its happens on the desktop with audio and video its not codecs or drivers ? im lost its on xp home btw thanks in advance for any replys

    Oh my. I would say that no useful information has been given, except your car won't start, why?
