500c - desperately seeking help

    hi all
    Total newbie on this forum - could someone help me please. I have the above box but now I am not receiving some some sports channels
    (I think people know whats happened in the last couple of weeks).
    Could someone guide me step-by-step please.
    The box shows evocmd 2.11 and something called bruteforce. Can I change some codes using a remote or do i need to do something major?
