60Hz Compatibility

    I just bought a TV that just supports only PAL. Anyway someone told me that I dont need to buy a NTSC to PAL convertor if my TV has a SCART connector which it does.
    But I dont really understand how it would be possible. If anyone has some info about this please share because its a real drag playing games in B&W
