help need to unlock my old phone
it was on the 3 network(u.k.)
and the imi number is 356297/01/290154/4
any help would be great

sorry mate tried to put in the code you gave and it says code error,is it something i am doing wrong???

 

srry to say this this phone probably is a BB5 model, and there is no way to get a unlock code unless you contact the service provider, but it will cost you.
