    Tell me folks: what's that unlocking for? I see these threads about unlocking phones all the time, but never got the idea what you are actually doing. Forgive me if i'm being an annoying guy asking stupid questions but i really don't know.

    unlocking phones mean you can use your phones in different location so your phone is flexible enough to switch to a different network provider. for us in the philippines this is very importanat because sometimes we have a no. of sim cards
