Hi, I've just bought a second-hand 6680, which is locked to Vodafone UK. I spend a fair amount of time, working in Czech Republic and have a Vodafone Sim, for that Country. The phone won't accept the CZ sim, even though it's a Vodafone sim (on my old unlocked 7210, it worked fine), so I guess it'll need unlocking. I need to use the CZ sim in this country, for work reasons. As the phone will probably have been registered to someone else, will I have a problem getting Vodafone to unlock it? I'm asking here, as there is no reference (that I can find) to sim-unlocking on their website, and I've just spent 20 mins on hold, while trying to phone them. Will I get any joy, on this? Also, is there a more direct way of contacting the right department, than going through a call-centre? Many thanks in advance, Ron.
