6e4 error when trying to flash superbox

    Hi there can anyone help we with this, I have all the right connections, the right port, but flashing keeps failing and I'm getting this code on the superbox 6e4, and have tried this over again.Please help !!!!

    it might be incorrect firmware. switchit off at the back press download then switch it on.

    thanks for that, but I have the correct firmware and still no joy. my superbox just wont flash, thanks
