799 megs on a 700 meg disk??

    i have put a 749 meg mpeg on a 700 meg disk, but now i have on that is 799 megs, and its to large to fit.. is there any way i can compress this mpeg 50 megs or so to make it fit, i really dont want to split the file and i cant find any larger disks around, only the dvd-r disk, and they are to expencive to experiment with.. Thankx

    Is this in VCD format or just a data CD?

    Well 799mb should be fine on a 700mb/80min disk because 800mb vcd = 80mins!

    i dunno, i kept saying that the blank disk was not big enough to hold it, i just split it and put it on two, everything worked out ok.
