What do you use the system for? If you're a gamer you should consider a graphics upgrade to something like an HD4830 or HD4850. I'm also not a fan of 680i motherboards so I'd also want to change that before too long. CPU is fine, you could perhaps consider more than 2GB RAM (especially if you use vista).
