80gig HDD, Forza, saved game = wtf?

I have recentley installed an 80 gig HDD in my xbox. I have transfered everything from the original HDD to the new one. I have also installed Forza Motorsports on the HDD.

The problem is, it will not load my saved game from Forza. It goes to loading my profile and just hangs. I have also tried playing it from disc and the same thing happens.

I thought, screw it, I'll just start over. Well, now it won't load the new game I started. I can create a new file and play all I want. But when I want to go back to my saved game..it will not load. Any ideas?

EDIT: I realize that I may have put this in the wrong forum. Mods, please move this if this is the case.
