8125 to iPhone how to?

    I have seen videos on youtube where people have modded the 8125 to run the same software as the iphone. I have found some articles on how to do it and have downloaded what I think are the correct files to do so. However, I dont know what to do from here. If someone else has modded their 8125 to work and look like the iphone can you teach me? thanks
