I use power2go express to burn my "torrent" movies.
SO here is my question if anyone can answer it, im sure most of you can cause I suck in terms of stuff like this.

Ok, so when I download my torrent movies they are awesome quality, like DVD!
However when I "burn" them and test them out on a DVD player, the quality is not so great: Stretched, acters look skiny and tall etc.

So I'm not sure if my buring program is not good enough to burn them like how I downloaded them.

Like I can live with it, its not unwatchable. But if any of you guys know if its just something im doing wrong, or if its the fact that my program sucks, let me know.

Thanks a bunch (I download movies for my personal use, not sell them. In case some people get mad, lol)

Is there a setting for 4:3 or 16:9 output?

nope, it just has stuff like auto fit picture to tv screen, TV format: NTSC and PAL. Random audio formats, aswell as burning speeds and such. Could not find anything that you were talking about. :O
