   A BitRate Calculator for the svcd to dvd That calculates all anyone got a link to one that will give u minimum max avg rate and sound rate ????

   I have no link but VideoCalc is pretty good. I think there are many different versions of it though!
   
   But are you asking for a birate calc to encode from SVCD to DVD? Why would you need that when you can just use the DVD-Lab method to put the SVCD on DVD without re-encoding the video, just either re-sampling the audio to 48hz mp2 or ac3!
