A boy and his Blob Blue Screen of Death!

I recently got and boy and his blob, I decided to add it to my usb loader. Problem is when I load the game I get a blue screen saying check the wii manual bla bla bla. I searched the site for a solution, none as of yet. Do I need to install a ios or some thing? Any ideas to what could be the problem fellas?

 

I found a solution, in the usb loader options you have to enable fix error 002.
