It is a file that has all the channels arranged in order , B*C 1 , B*C 2 , UTV , CH4 etc

on theses channels dumps i know they put them in the same order n*l have them but do they also be on the same numbers eg. mtv2 on 702 in dublin

 

Who ever posts the channel dump it is put in there order of preference that is why they are there it is not any of the providers yhat the channel dumps come from just another forum user like yourself
