A good free Anti Virus program?

    i have crappy norton and i am wanting a new less memory using anti virus but i want a free one anyone know a good one?

    avg7 is free which i use & switching all my customers with version 6 to 7

    Select the AVG Free Edition option on the left hand side of screen - this version do not expire but does not include tech support.

    hehe omg i love you guys hehe ive been wanting to get rid of this norton shyt sence i got my pc it takes up 60 megs of my ram O.O

    btw does this virus scan program start up when i boot my pc up cause i dont want it to start anything =/ i like manually scanning it and opening my programs

    It loads in the background at startup but does not start scanning automatically. You can control manually when and how you want it to scan.
