A good gaming pc

    Does anyone know an affordable pc that is plays games very well, no more than £1,000?

    For 1000 pounds (2000 dollars?) you can get a pretty damn nice PC.

    Go to falcon northwest their Talon computer is a pretty good computer at 2079 dollars.

    thanks, I found a Packard bell for £600, $1200 it's designed for games.

    This is the Packard bell it's called: iXtreme 8510, I think you can buy it on the Packard Bell website, but I'm not sure, here are the specifications:

    Go for another one. That computer is good, but the graphics cards aren't that hot. Go for something with the 8800 GTS,

    I found another Packard bell with 8800 GTS except it's over £1000 ($2000) so too expensive but I found out that I can buy the graphics card separate and it works out cheaper : Here is the expensive computer specs:

    Yeah that's a pretty damn good gaming computer. If the GTS could just have 640 MB and not 320...

    Wait a second! The 8800GT is a better performing card than the 8800GTS 640mb version. It is also cheaper too.

    There is a new 8800GTS 512mb card that is going to be released some time this month, so I would wait. The new GTS is supposedly on par with a GTX from the benchmarks that I've seen.
