A good video card for HTPC is

    I seen people asking about video card for HTPC's. I hope this help out. I have one in mine and it works great. I hope I posted this in the right form. I'm new so do shoot me just yet. LOL

    My HTPC consists of

    Chaintech GeForce FX 5600 Personal Cinema
    MSI motherboard
    Sony DVD 8x burner
    1 gig of 333 Ultra Memory
    AudioTrak Maya 7.1 Channel Surround Sound Card
    AMD 2500+ XP
    Benwin ARC 5.1 DX Silver Speakers

    It is hard to beat for the money ~ it has everything one could want.

    Hey, I'm new to this also. Ok, a couple of dumb questions: Will this card allow me to run VHS tapes into my computer and then make DVD-R's of them? How does it handle macrovision? What resolution does it allow for? Does it have it's own tuner?
