Hi i had trouble unlocking the razor v3 too you need to downgrade the firmware to 7.0d then flash with a certain file then unlock using unlock calculator it sounds complicated but isnt you just need to have either a bluetooth dongle or the usb to pc connection cable and download some stuff off utorrent if you havent got it get it just go to www.utorrent.com and download it for free 1.7.5 version then download rsd lite and v3 unlock i have the files myself if you wish i can send you them via email just send me your email and il sort it but if you manage to get it done well done hope you get it unlocked
heres the links for the software http://www.mininova.org/tor/844670 this is the v3 unlocker ***link removed*** this is rsd lite http://www.utorrent.com/download.php this is the utorrent download in the software v3 unlocker made by bigtrees there is a flash file which you use in rsd lite to flash your v3 then unlock using motorola unlock which is also in the download but first you must downgrade your firmware as its new it wont let you unlock so you downgrade then unlock but beware make sure the battery is fully charged because you need to go into bootloader mode to downgrade and unlock your v3 and if your battery dies midway you cant even charge it or power it up via the charger so make sure its fully charged, the v3 unlocker download should have step by step instructions but to get in bootloader mode you turn off your phone then whilst holding star and hash turn it back on and its in bootloader mode, the downgrading software is there too i think its under scotty , you need to have your mobile connected to your pc i use a belkin bluetooth adapter 2.0 works fine any probs gimme a shout
