First i will go through the acceptable stuff! I have got £650 upto £750 top whack

Processor : No pentium M's (yuk) not keen on sempron either.
P4,amd 64-bit,amd turion (dont really know a lot yet)


512mb Ram (minimum)
64meg graphics (no shared)
DVD-/+ r/rw

Would like:
15.4 widescreen not that bothered
40GB hardrive wouldn't mind it faster than the 4200rpm
battery 1.5hours again not that bothered


Now i know what a lot of people are going to say what do you expect for a budget of £650 to £750. Well my ideal laptop was this one but it sold out. (I hope no one is bothered about these links)
