    hello,
i havet been on these forums in a long time(since the days of the old starview boxes)

i currently have the basic sky package through a dish,
i am open to almost anything but maybe not card sharing.
so i guess my question is A. are there any boxes that are currently working and b, what are my other options? e.g. dish etc
    thanks for any help forthcoming.

Not a lot, either card share on SAT with a friend or CS server, but your wont get Sports ( I presume your talking about sly sports) for nowt as there is a cost involved, but there are other sats that show Sports, perhaps not in English, but they are there

Get yourself a dish and a sat box, its just a matter of getting a line then ie ( Support ) as they are calling it now, and you will get all what you need.

e45, as the guy has already said he has a dish and a sat box. however is suspect he has no idea how to move outside the realm of a sly box. as such is would advise to use the excuse of not having the sports channels as a reason to meet friends at the pub to watch the games
