I just installed the Duo 3 Ultra Mod Chip the other day but it doesnt seem to be working. When I put a DVD I burned in, it either reads it and screen goes black and then says unable to read disk or it just doesnt load. I'm pretty sure I installed it right but I have no idea what happened. The first burned game I put in there worked but I put another game in there and it didn't work. Then I put the same game that did work back in and that didn't work either. Any Ideas on what happened with my Ps2?
Well that could be your problem. The ship might be touching the metal casing that goes over the mother board. Shorting out the chip. Try electrical tape on anything that might be touching the metal. It couldn't hurt.
