It's been about one year since I've had my PC and now I think it's time to get some new hardware. I don't have too much cash to spend on my Comp; I have a budget of about $300(usd). What I'm primarily looking for is something to improve my FPS on the latest games; currently I’m getting about 20FPS while playing F.E.A.R. with occasional severe slowdowns for no reason, and want maybe 30-40.
    MY SPECS:
    -500 Watt Generic Power Supply
    -2x NVIDIA PCI-e 6800's
    -AMD Athlon 64 4000+
-2 Gigs of Mushkin DDR400 mem.
    -Arctic CPU cooler
    -ASUS A8N SLI Premium mobo.
    -Creative SB X-FI Sound
    -Western Digital Caviar 240 HD

    Thanks,
    --------Pokey5

Do I need to get a new, more powerful PSU to run them?
