I think it would be nice if AD can add 3 Movie forums like; (1) French/Europe, (2) Southeast Asia (Hong Kong/China/Taiwan, Korea, Japan and Thailand), (3) Hollywood/US in the "General Discussion" so members can talk about what movie(s) is good to watch, what movie(s) that they have seen like comedy, drama thriller, action/martial arts, horror, etc. Furthermore, maybe dRD or AD can promote a few members to write some reviews when new release arrived and or just to monitor those 3 forums. Evidently, AD is pretty big and we have all kinds of ethnics background coming here everyday searching for a solution and trying to help out others that needed helps, and or lack of knowledge. With that being said, AD already have DVD-R/+R media forum, DVD-R/+R Newbies to Advanced users, from softwares to dvd ripping, and all the talks about new release movies that's coming out weekly at the DVD Shrink forum, etc., so why not 3 Movie(s) forums to talk about what's good to keep/watch, especially those that likes to have as many collections as possible? I mean why not talk/share about movies that are released in other countries as stated on above? Just a suggestion that's all. Please disregard this if it seems inappropriate.
I think it is a splendid idea, alkohol. With so many types of movie from Cop films in America to martial arts & Anime in Asia, it would be great to take advantage of the large population of the forums and discuss them. And the review idea is also fantastic - I would be more than happy to write reviews as I am writing articles on a daily basis. It is an idea full of potential & possibilites..
I think this idea is a great one, knowing how popular the [bold]Have you seen any Good Movies Lately[/bold] But in sayin that mayb the above thread can suffice for the time being...

Yes, I think it would be nice if AD can add 3 more movies sections as mentioned above: (1) French/Europe, (2) Southeast Asia (Hong Kong/China/Taiwan, Korea, Japan and Thailand) and (3) Hollywood/US to the "General Discussion". This would be awesome, so members can discuss what's good (to add on to their collections). AD pretty much covered everthing else, except the few movies forums only.
How does it sound if we'd considering launching one movie forum and seeing how it goes. We typically launch new forum rooms only when there's need for them, thus, if the one movie forum room would get enough threads and posts, we could them launch appropriate amount of new forums and move existing threads from the original movie room to those rooms. Hm?
@dRD Yes, if AD can add at least one general "movie" forum, then that would be great. Definitely, it would be awesome man. I would be happy to share some of my Asian movies (HK, Korea, Japan and Thailand) with members that are into (interested in) Asian films/movies. I'm a member at another forum and it mostly talks about Asian or Europe (mostly French) movies. Additionally, it covered everything from new released on dvds or coming soon.
