A Question that anyone who has modded a xbox can Answer!

Hi guys, i have a v12 slim ps2, and i just want to know, am i supposed to solder point V? because i have been told by soem that i should and others that i shouldnt. anyone know?

ok and if i have everything solered right, and i get a black screen on boot, what could be the problem? ( and i did a very good soldering job, and all the wires do not cross and are flat against the board)

its a dms 4 lite chip

 

Check to make sure you have no solder bridges and have you flashed the chip.

 

well i cant flash the chip because it gives me a black screen.....
